The perfect summer weather, dry and not too hot, brought out a great selection of antiques from the 1920s to the 1990s.

There was plenty of shade, food, music and friendly car owners for all to enjoy.

If you wanted luxurious transportation in 1948, you couldn’t do better than this top-of-the-line Packard Custom Eight Club Sedan. Its 356 cubic inch straight-eight engine is a paragon of buttery smoothness, and the owner reports that even the electromatic clutch system is intact and functional. This unrestored, except for a paint job, example shows a mere 37k original miles on the odometer.

Here’s a once highly-respected brand one doesn’t see often enough. This gorgeous 1951 DeSoto Custom Convertible is powered by their 250 cubic inch 6-cylinder engine.

Corvettes are always popular, and some really spectacular ones were on display. Here’s a beautiful 1959 with the rare fuel injection setup, a $484 option on top of a base price of $3,875 when it was new.
